Section 1

Abbreviation Extension and Commencement

(1) This Act may be called “Nepal Civil Aviation Authority Act, 2053”.
(2) This Act shall also apply to the following aircraft and persons irrespective of whether they are located or resided throughout Nepal and elsewhere.
(a) Citizens of Nepal,
(b) Aircraft registered in Nepal and persons on board (3) This Act shall commence from the date specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
